Staff Staff Staaf - the most welcoming, helpful and warm people who deserve 10 stars. Zero discrimination/racisim, since we are muslims, we always face at least one or two staff members with discriminating attitude and behavior in all the hotels around Europe, however in Castel Hörtenberg, we didn’t even feel a single bad sign from them. Many many thanks guys, I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. Of course the facilities and all other things were great.

The stay at the hotel was exceptional. They upgraded our room from a standard room to a suite because we informed the hotel staff that we were coming for a honeymoon vacation. The room was clean and tidy. The pool and spa area is pleasant, clean and fun. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which is in the basement of the hotel which is actually a renovated castle. It was a special experience thanks to the look of the restaurant and the delicious food. highly recommend!

Primarily the staff were excellent and particularly the service of Samir made our stay. The hotel has an internal restaurant set in a beautiful stone wall cellar and the food was terrific. The hotel has great facilities including a gym, spa and heated pool and the gardens are beautiful and well kept. Our room was set in one of the castle towers and had gorgeous mountainside views as well as offering very comfortable accommodation. Will absolutely stay again.

Second stay here and it just keeps getting better! They added a full bar since our last visit in 2022 The hotel has one of the sexiest vibes of any hotel we’ve stayed in. It’s an old castle that’s been fully modernized and restored. Absolutely stunning gorgeous. Staff is amazing and attend to your every need. We used the bikes to get to the local weight lifting gym. The cable car is only a 5 minute walk and is well worth it. Great spa facilities too!

- once you pass the gate you feel like entering a castle - the parking area was incredible and convenient - room service was very good - premises was truly fascinating and cozy - application of the tv was ok - the backyard was the highlight of the hotel with - - - incredible pool view and nice cafe-like area (although no one was there to get any orders) was so calming and heart warming - staff were professional and welcoming
